The Theme for 2018: Bigfoot News and why NYS and the USA can not afford to acknowledge the existence of Bigfoot / Sasquatch.
Steve Kulls is a Licensed Private Investigator, in New York, has had a lifelong fascination with the Bigfoot phenomena since an early age. Steve began his quest in search of Bigfoot in 1998 originally quite skeptical however he soon began to feel there was something to the mystery. On January 1st, 2006 he launched Squatchdetective.com and created Squatchdetective Radio September of that year.
Steve firmly believes in a “boots on the ground”, methodology of obtaining evidence for or against, evidence Steve has authored two books, “50 Large,” and “What Would Sasquatch Do?”
Steve has appeared on Fox News, the History Channel the National Geographic Channel and Destination America featured on several programs and stars in a Bigfoot documentary movie, I’ve Seen Bigfoot.
Seth Breedlove is a filmmaker: He has written, edited, produced and directed shorts and features about a variety of topics but is best known for his production company and the films they’ve prod
uced under the Small Town Monsters banner. Before film, Seth wrote for a number of websites, newspapers and magazines and learned some of the skills he employs as a director while working as a reporter. Seth has also appeared on numerous television and radio programs.
In 2013 Seth began working on the concept for a series titled Small Town Monsters. The first chapter in this series is the film, Minerva Monster. Seth wrote and directed the film. He has since begun working on more projects which will fall under the Small Town Monsters umbrella including, Beast of Whitehall, which he also acted as cinematographer on.
In 2016 Seth directed and edited his first full-length feature, Boggy Creek Monster. The film is now available on DVD and through streaming services such as Vimeo OnDemand and Amazon Video. Seth is up to six or more films and will host once again, Minerva Monster Day, June 16th, 2018.
Some of his Films will play at our 3rd Annual Chautauqua Lake Bigfoot & Monster Movie Night, October 12th, 2018.
Waller has been fascinated with stories of Bigfoot for over thirty years and in 2006 he began seriously reading and researching evidence and eyewitness reports. In 2008, he formed the Southeastern Ohio Society for Bigfoot Investigation. The purpose of the group is to provide a safe, open forum for Bigfoot believers and eyewitnesses to come together to share Bigfoot stories and reports without fear of ridicule. In 2012, Doug began receiving invitations to speak at various venues such as libraries and Bigfoot events. In doing his Bigfoot talks, he
began meeting many eyewitnesses who had never shared their experiences with anyone for fear of ridicule. He realized that their stories needed to be preserved and made it his mission to begin collecting stories from willing witnesses and in 2013 he published his first collection of Bigfoot stories titled Standing in the Shadows: Bigfoot Stories from Southeastern Ohio. In the next couple of years as he continued receiving speaking invitations he met more and more eyewitnesses and in 2015 he published a second book Hidden Encounters: Bigfoot Stories from Southeastern Ohio and Beyond. His third book, Screams in the Night was published in 2017. He is currently inter
viewing witnesses and collecting new accounts for a fourth installment of Bigfoot stories tobe published in the near future.
Doug Waller continues to research the mystery of Bigfoot and greatly enjoys meeting and speaking with eyewitnesses who are willing to share their accounts with him. He hopes to continue speaking at public events and working with other amateur researchers to solve the mystery of Bigfoot!
Paul has been actively involved with bigfoot/sasquatch research since 2004 and has personally investigated over 200 reports. He has attended or organized BFRO expeditions in New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Paul currently concentrates his investigations to western New York State and western and north-central Pennsylvania. Paul is a network administrator and systems analyst/programmer for the Catholic Diocese of Buffalo, NY. In addition, Paul, wife Teresa, and son David own and operate a small certified-organic farm in western New York State.
Peter Wiemer’s interest in Bigfoot began 25+ years ago when one of his friends, Larry Battson, released a series of tapes regarding his experience and research in the Bigfoot area. In 2011 Peter asked Larry to assist him in bringing a Bigfoot Conference to Chautauqua Lake. The first annual Chautauqua Lake Bigfoot (CLBF) Expo took place on May 6th, 2012. This event brought in national Bigfoot speakers from around the country to talk about their knowledge and experience with Bigfoots. Since creating the CLBF Expo, Peter is up to 31 eyewitnesses from Chautauqua County, eight from Cattaraugus County and more than a dozen from Warren County, PA who have contacted him resolving themselves in knowing they have seen a Bigfoot but were afraid to admit it publicly for fear of ridicule.
Joseph Glarner, Mark Robinault and Peter wrote, directed, filmed and produced a documentary movie called I’ve Seen Bigfoot, a movie about Bigfoot eyewitnesses from Chautauqua & Cattaraugus Counties, NY, Warren County, PA and across the USA and was brought to iTunes and Amazon in 2017 for $ 4.99 – $ 5.99 and Free on Amazon Prime.
The first documented sighting of a Bigfoot in the USA was in 1818 in a newspaper article from Sackets Harbor, New York. They were seen on the East coast long before the West coast because the East coast was settled first.
